Delivery Time
As soon as your order is placed, we get straight to work.
Netherlands: Ordered on business days before [Time, e.g., 17:00], usually delivered the next day. Average delivery time: 1 - 2 business days.
Belgium: Average delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
Germany: Average delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
Austria: Average delivery time of 2 to 4 business days.
France: Average delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take slightly longer than you are used to from us.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to closely follow your package all the way to your front door. You can also check your Track & Trace code and shipping status at any time via your account (you do not need to create an account). To do this, go to account.vercony.com.
Our Delivery Partners
To guarantee reliable delivery, we work together with reputable carriers (PostNL, DHL & DPD, Chronopost, La Poste, depending on the country or region). Not at home? The package will often be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup point near you. You will, of course, be notified of this.
